I'm an Information Technology student at Georgia Southern University, minoring in Cybercrime. My work spans IT support, systems administration, and a growing interest in digital forensics.
I got into IT through support work, and stayed for the investigative side of it. Fixing what's broken and figuring out why it broke turn out to be the same instinct — one just happens after the fact.

I handle support tickets and incidents for staff across campus, and maintain lab environments — managing accounts, policies, and device configurations through Active Directory and Intune.
I evaluate AI model outputs across text, image, video, and audio, looking for where they break down or get things wrong. Tracing model logic and writing feedback to improve accuracy.
